January 2023 - June 2023
CMS Rollout
Implemented a centralised CMS platform for all 5 markets over 6 months which improved user flows and content processes. This helped increase customer consultations by 25% and sped up content deployment by 40% which led to better accuracy, reduced workloads and fewer content errors. Led the day-to-day project management and worked closely with the Product Manager, prioritising marketing, sales and regulatory content requirements using Jira. Tracked minor edits to large-scale page launches and coordinated updates. Coordinated between marketing, design and development teams to ensure pages are delivered on time to support campaigns between the different markets. Oversaw page production workflows, content uploads and quality assurance, maintaining Wefox tone and voice before publishing. Mitigated risks to workflows by arranging extra vendor-led training sessions for marketing team members. Flagged potential delays to stakeholders with weekly reports due to staff shortages and complex requirements and performance issues. Created a governance document for handoff, providing templates, clear ownership and content structures.
July 2022 - December 2022
Italian Insurance Merger
Led marketing efforts between Wefox and newly acquired Italian insurance company, Mansutti, and their 3-person marketing team. Created a phased integration plan to fully brand across social media, website and the app for a consistent and cohesive rollout. Developed and managed a timeline for communication for the media, brokers, partners and customers. Sensitively supported the integration of the Mansutti marketing team, providing best-practice guidance and training in the tone of voice for the Italian market. Led discussions on key initiatives and the Mansutti marketing budget, supporting strategic planning during the integration process.
September 2021 - March 2022
Wefox Rebrand
Led strategic rebranding initiative for Wefox and 2 umbrella companies, ONE and Koble, to one unified B2B2C brand in 5 markets, reinforcing marketing positioning for Series C funding round announcement, football sponsorship deals and German and Swiss TV campaigns. Managed the launch timeline, €250k budget and cross-team communication that ensured flawless execution of digital and non-digital assets. Led change management and clear communication throughout the entire organisation with regular updates via Slack, town halls and a monthly newsletter, as well as external communications to brokers, partners and regulatory bodies. Mitigated reputational and broker retention risks by coordinating senior stakeholders, ensuring broker concerns were addressed and regulatory engagement was led by the COO prior to announcement. Identified and coordinated internal training for Wefox Ambassadors on tone, resulting in increased engagement and support for the launch. Consulted with external legal teams, ensured that there were no visual conflicts and legal name changes were fulfilled prior to launch. Led clear, efficient and productive weekly workstream meetings from kick-off to rollout.
September 2019 - March 2020
University CRM System
Led a cross-functional team of 6 in Admissions, Recruitment, Marketing and IT to implement a new University CRM system as part of a strategic goal of the Digital Transformation Programme and migrated over 13,000 students’ data from the existing platform. Facilitated cross-departmental workshops with the vendor to define CRM requirements, including a full student journey mapping session from prospective student to alumni. Worked alongside development and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from a legacy CRM to the new system Oversaw the tech team to ensure data accuracy during the migration and minimise post-launch issues, drove extensive testing of migration and proactively communicated delays with senior management. Worked around issues such as staff shortages, demonstrated team members vs complexity of tasks to justify additional resources on the project ensuring key tasks were met in accordance with the schedule. Provided monthly updates to the VP and Senior Leadership, highlighting progress and solutions to any issues such as data migration issues, staff shortages. Led twice-weekly meetings with internal teams to align vendor deliverables and marketing and tech resources for testing and QA. Kept everything on track with clear project documentation, RAID logs and a weekly report.
